I will initial existing the primary problematics of precision medication and the queries they increase for artificial intelligence. I will then existing some algorithms that we have proposed with my co-authors to build selection guidance equipment in precision medication.

Agathe Guilloux is a professor in Info Science at Evry Paris Saclay College. She is the head of the arithmetic laboratory of Evry Paris Saclay College (Paris area, France). She is also heading the Master’s in Details Science with purposes in wellness and finance of Paris Saclay University. She obtained her Ph.D. degree and two M.Sc. (mathematical studies, and biostatistics and epidemiology) from Rennes 1 College and ENSAI. She was appointed as assistant Professor, then as associate professor at Sorbonne College in 2005 and 2010. She then joined Evry Paris College as a comprehensive professor in 2016.
Her investigate focuses on data and machine learning, with apps in health and fitness (medical datasets and general public well being). A major component of her perform is devoted to massive observational longitudinal info (specially digital well being data). Equally theoretical and used aspects of her exploration have been released in top rated rated used mathematical, biostatistical or medical journals.
