House Automation: DYI Wi-fi Garage Door Opener with point out sensor (IoT)

#SocialDistancing with the Internet of Things! Creating a DIY wireless garage door opener with a sensor to indicate if the door is currently open or closed!

Working with a Feather HUZZAH to manage a relay that acts the very same as the typical button in the garage. Additional an more reed swap with magnets hooked up to the doorway chain so that the product appreciates if the doorway is open up (no magnet so reed is open up) or (shut magnet preset so reed is closed).

Notes:
– Voltage working although the relay is about 20V DC.
– Utilized a Feather HUZZA as it has a 5V out pin that can power the relay without an more power source.
– Website server on the board works by using a Post request to protect against accidental conversation by browser cache/previews that load a GET ask for powering the scenes.
– See foreseeable future movies for adding Siri Shortcuts and HomeKit integration.

– Feather HUZZAH (esp8266)
