Zaha Hadid Architects working with TPO Pride Architects (Russia) have been picked as one of the consortiums to develop the new Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye neighbourhood – A smart city west of Moscow.
“We developed a persons-centric style and design for a clever interconnected city that delivers people with each other not only by way of impressive technological know-how but also as a result of organising the public realm,” stated Christos Passas, job director at Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA).
ZHA along with Delight Architects – a studio centered in Russia – consulted scientific tests about pleasure while masterplanning the district, concluding that creating communities, access to nature and environmentally helpful structure were essential factors.
